Frequently asked questions
- Is Comoji really free?
- Yes. Emoji autocomplete, the emoji browser, stickers, GIF search, and every other feature are free. There is no account, trial, or time limit. The free download is the whole app.
- What does becoming a Supporter change?
- It removes the occasional promotions in Comoji’s pickers and includes help from me directly. These are house promotions for my other Senternet projects only: apps and projects I build and maintain. Every Comoji feature remains available to everyone.
- Is it a subscription?
- No. Supporter is one $1.99 payment, with no recurring charges. Your permanent license is verified locally, so Comoji does not need to check in with a server to keep promotions hidden.
- How do I activate after paying?
- After checkout, click Activate to open Comoji and hide promotions. You can also copy the license token and paste it into Comoji’s Settings under Supporter. Use the latest version of Comoji; choose Check for Updates… from its menu bar menu to update.
- How do I restore my license?
- Use Restore your license with the email address you used at checkout. Enter the code sent to that address to retrieve your license and activate Comoji again.
- Who handles payment?
- Stripe handles checkout. Comoji never sees your card details. For questions about a purchase, use Contact Support.
