These terms govern your use of the Comoji application and this website. By downloading or using Comoji, you agree to them.

License

Comoji grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on your Macs for personal or business use. You may not redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the app except as permitted by applicable law.

Optional Supporter license

Every app feature remains free. Comoji Supporter is an optional $1.99 USD one-time purchase that removes in-picker promotions. It is not a subscription. Your activated license is permanent and verified offline. Keep the license token private; you can restore it using the email associated with your purchase. A fully refunded or disputed purchase is not eligible for a new license through restore. The final amount and any applicable taxes are shown by Stripe before payment.

The software is provided “as is”

Comoji is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You use it at your own risk. Because Comoji inserts text into other applications, you are responsible for reviewing what is inserted before sending or saving.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Comoji and its makers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or website.

Updates

Comoji may release updates that change or improve functionality. These terms apply to all versions unless replaced by updated terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Comoji after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
